water) .No for fruit and vegetables (potato, vegetable pizza, vegetables mixed
salad). They should be eaten at least 5 times day. No for dairy products
(chocolate, vanilla custard). Must be consumed three times a day. And last not
for simple sugars (hot chocolate, jam, chocolate bar, sugar vanilla custard,
sorbet). So limit the intake of sugars.

For comparison, here is a menu
respecting all nutritional. Breakfast recommendations: 1 bowl of tea lightly
