After Holiday: How to make a "relaxing" diet?

During the holiday, we have almost all ate heartily, even too copiously and drank beyond reason. So, we have a few unwanted kilos.

A post-festivities treatment is necessary, but which one?

Your  first week  diet "resting"
Those extra kilos, it would lose them as soon as possible.
In short, after so many excesses, we're all a little smeared!
To relieve the after party, a short week of "relaxing" food is needed to quickly find the lost balance.

Plan "resting" in practice as eating for a week?
Wakeup
2 glasses of water Vichy
Breakfast
Lemon tea
wholemeal bread or whole wheat Krispolls slathered a bit of jam
1 grapefruit juice
In the morning
At lunch
Grapefruit juice (or a 1/2 grapefruit)
Steamed fish drizzled generously with lemon juice
Potatoes steamed or plain rice (no butter or even olive oil)
Plain yogurt or cottage cheese
wheat krisprolls complete or whole wheat bread
Plain water
In the afternoon
2 or 3 glasses of water
At dinner
Vegetable soup (400 g of vegetables at a minimum)
Plain yogurt or cottage cheese
wheat krisprolls complete or whole wheat bread
Water
No limit amounts for each of these foods: eat them according to your appetite.

What is the point of this diet after holidays?
This diet without fat but high in fiber, minerals, trace elements and vitamins will restore balance compromise during the holidays.
But If you can't be sticky to the previous plan, you can  take try calorie/carb cycling. This approach is nearly double as effective as simply limiting your calories. Here's the plan:
 ● 5 days a week: Follow a rather restricted, Mediterranean-inspired diet (1500 calories/day, 40/30/30 % of calories from carbs/protein/fat)
● 2 days a week: Follow a carbohydrate- and calorie-restricted diet (650 calories/day, fewer than fifty grams carbs/day)
