Our body needs energy to function. However,
careful not to make it too much because it stores the excess. The best way to
balance the scales is to physically spend excess calories. But what kind of
physical activity can be done, and for how long, to eliminate e.g. 2 squares of chocolate, a piece of cheese or a
slice of pizza?
Here are some pointers to help you burn your
calories.
2 squares of dark chocolate (70%
cocoa)
: They spent just sitting
in the office for an hour.
1 slice of bread
: It will be spent down a
subway station before your final destination, or the equivalent of 10 minutes
of walking at a moderate pace (3 km / h).

: Go down the stairs
