We know a lot of food to lose weight. But
sometimes making the right food choices is not enough to combat the unwanted
pounds. Here are some habits to lose or for more efficiency in your diet.
Tip # 1: against cravings, have you been!
Eat without hunger, pure greed, depression or
even boredom ... this is the beginning of an unbalanced diet. Knowing this, if
you take a craving when you know you've eaten enough, the best solution is to
occupy your mind or body (or both). Thus the idea of food will leave your
brain. A good book, part of crosswords or a phone call to a friend can help.
For a slimming shape and bonuses, do a little energetic household ... or even
some slimming exercises!
Tip # 2: It's not just the taste in life
We often forget that eating something good is
not the only way to please us. Go to a park to feel the cool wind on our skin,
breathing the smell of flowers, see vacation pictures ... all these pleasures
involve touch, smell, sight, and often reduce the need for good sweet taste to
feel well again.
Tip # 3: Eat in peace
All dietitians say the more we are aware of
what we eat, the more we shall be satisfied after. If you engulf your meal in
front of a screen, focused on your work or the American series that takes place
before your eyes, you will have taken your meal no psychological satisfaction,
and no physiological satiety. No wonder you have trouble not crack later. If a
real meal at the table, for which you have taken the time to make a good dish,
is not an option because of time or envy, keep at least one rule in mind: never
take a bite before have swallowed the previous one. It's simple, but it will be
of great service to your digestion, your mood, and probably your line.
Tip # 4: refuse calories "no fun"
Keep the line involves making some effort, and
limit access to certain pleasures. Reason to categorically deny the calories
that do not bring you pleasure! The glass of wine that does not really want
you, but your boss offers you is not. Same for the chocolate cake that offers
you a friend, then you go out table, or not good biscuit with your coffee.

When the real cause of extra pounds is a sneaky
