Against hunger: fiber and protein

The problem with diets is to succeed in silencing his hunger.

If this is the case, the cravings will be easier to control.

To successfully maintain a sufficient satiety, two food types are available: fiber and protein.

They should therefore be introduced judiciously on his plate.

Hunger and the pleasure of eating
Today, hunger and pleasure are inseparable.
Yet, they are controlled by complex mechanisms that differ. Indeed, one can eat without pleasure and enjoy eating without hunger. However, if we manage to achieve good satiety, it should be easier to manage your hunger.
In other words, if one is not hungry, no cravings!
Two food categories have the property of acting on the satiety: the fibers and proteins.
It seems logical to integrate them wisely at every meal to avoid food drives.

proteins
Proteins have a direct effect on satiety. That is why they are preferred in high protein diets.
They play a role in energy exchanges and reduce body fat.

Proteins but not all the same cause satiety. Most interesting are the animal proteins.
But in recent bring together more or less animal fat. It therefore makes sense to use both sources in a balanced way.

Fibres
Fiber intake (fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals) changes the composition of the bolus and its viscosity in the intestinal tract.
Thus, the nutritional content is stagnating and helps raise the concept of satiety.
The presence of fiber also limits the energy density of foods which makes them less attractive taste and tends to limit the total food consumption.

Protein and fiber are part of a balanced diet
No question of limiting protein and fiber.
These food categories should be included in a varied and balanced diet. And if you rebalance your diet, do it gradually to acquire new habits that will last over the long term.
The goal is not just weight loss, it is still necessary then maintain a stable weight ??
