Calculate your calorie expenditure

Walking, climbing stairs, cycling, golf, washing the windows, gardening or making love, how many calories we consume by exercising these physical activities?

And how much should we spend calories to get a benefit in terms of health?

For your health, spend 2,000 calories a week
Capital to improve our health, exercise plays a key role.

However, you should know that physical activity is beneficial to our health provided that it requires an expenditure of at least 2,000 calories per week.

Make yourself the math, without cheating, and try to improve your lifestyle.

Physical activities: caloric expenditure per hour
Office: 50
Sweep: 98
The car driven: 114
Vacuum: 190
A mechanic: 228
One factor: 522

Sports: caloric expenditure per hour
Yoga: 96
Golf: 128
Downhill skiing: 150-500
Walking: 180
Cross-country skiing: 300-600
The gym: 360
Cycling: 360-500 depending on the pace
Modern dance: 400
Swimming: 480
Jogging: 540
Tennis: 600
Football: 700
Skating: 800
Basketball: 840
Squash: 900
The race: 1000
All figures are approximate. They vary especially depending on your weight and pace of the activity.

As can be seen, do not be fooled, the goal of 2,000 calories burned per week is not achieved simply by preferring to take the stairs instead of the elevator.

It is therefore essential to exercise longer at least weekly physical activity.

Then just to add a whole bunch of little exercises like:

dog walking,
walking briskly,
tinkering around the house,
Wash tiles,
gardening,
vacuuming, or more profitable,
walk one hour cycling.
