On a diet, Forget you're banned


The process is known more we are forbidden to consume certain products, the more you want, the more one feels frustrated (e). And, inevitably, we love more or less rapidly.

None of them makes you fat or starchy or sugary foods or fatty products, when you eat according to your energy needs, that is to say a little and not every day.
