Reflex post-holidays: go on a diet "relaxing"!

During the Christmas and New Year, we all ate heartily practically or too generously, and drank beyond reason.

While some have not escaped the so-called "liver crisis," others took a few unwanted pounds.

A post-holiday treatment is necessary, but which one?

Your "resting" for the first week in January attack plan

Those extra pounds, it would lose as soon as possible.

In short, after so many excesses, we're all a little smeared!

To relieve the after party, a small-time supply "relaxing" is needed to quickly regain the lost balance

Regime "resting" eating into practice for a week?

Upon awakening:
2 glasses of water Vichy

Breakfast:
Lemon tea
Whole wheat bread or whole wheat Krispolls slathered with a little jam
1 grapefruit juice

In the morning:
2 or 3 glasses of water

at lunch:
Grapefruit juice (or 1/2 grapefruit)
Steamed fish generously sprinkled with lemon juice
Steamed potatoes or plain rice (no butter or even olive oil)
Yogurt or cottage cheese
Whole wheat bread or whole wheat Krisprolls
Flat or Badoit water

In the afternoon:
2 or 3 glasses of water

dinner:
Vegetable soup (400 g of vegetables at least)
Yogurt or cottage cheese
Whole wheat bread or whole wheat Krisprolls
Flat or Badoit water

What is the point of this diet after holidays?
This diet without fat but high in fiber, minerals, trace elements and vitamins restore balance compromise during the holidays.

It can also erase the pounds that are then imposed and make you forget an "upset stomach."
