Too hungry! How to suppress appetite?



There are people who are always hungry. This is not really comfortable and encouraged to eat too, with the risk of weight gain that entails.

How to reduce a devouring appetite?


Where does the appetite?
It is a phenomenon both normal and complicated.
Normal because it reflects your desire to eat to satisfy your energy needs.
Complex because it is governed by the satiety center located in the brain.
It receives information on the composition of food that you swallow, and records, when you approach your physiological dose then you have it, it sends you signals that reduce and suppress your appetite.
Two hormones involved in this process: leptin induces satiety and ghrelin has the opposite effect.
(But the secretion of these hormones can be disrupted in some and, of course, it upsets along the appetite may be lower in some and very increased in others, causing them to swell.)

How to naturally reduce appetite at the beginning of a meal?
By eating vegetables, cooked or raw.
Their volume as they begin to fill, too, the stomach. They are also rich in fiber and, suddenly, you must eat less later.
That means:
good vegetable soup in the evening, very thick (it's better than a soup where the water has a large majority).

And if you're tired of the apple, you can opt for the banana which has the same virtues.
Some dried fruits (almonds, pistachios, walnuts) are as effective but still pretty fat, so high in calories.

a small slice of ham,
a chicken breast (or turkey),
yogurt (or a small pot of white cheese)
are also very good appetite suppressants. They are less easy to use in the office, but very useful when you get hungry (e) at home.
